Return & Refund Policy – Yellowwe Artstudio
At Yellowwe Art studio, we deeply appreciate your support and strive to provide you with the highest quality products. While we take great care in crafting and packaging each item, please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been opened, unless it is found to be faulty—though such instances are rare.
We only accept returns for damaged or defective items, and these must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you believe you’ve received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at info@yellowweartstudio.com for further instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to Yellowwe Art Studio. We recommend using the original packaging to ensure the item arrives in good condition.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the return is complete. Please note that it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Please Note:
We are unable to assist with issues related to broken items, missing products, or lost packages reported outside of our 7-day return window. Additionally, we require photo evidence of any damaged items and/or packaging to process a claim.
Yellowwe Art studio is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the courier but are reported missing.
